Remuneration policy

Turn2us has a remuneration policy designed to attract and retain the highest quality of people to lead and develop our work. Rates of pay for senior members of staff are determined by considering external benchmarks across the sector and are reviewed annually to take into account the cost of living. Pay and benefits for senior members of staff are published in our Annual Report and are determined by the remuneration committee. This includes total pay and benefits for all of the group’s operations’ including our commercial and investment operations that provide significant income for the charity.
