Turn2us Information and Resources for Intermediaries

Intermediaries include: Advisers, support workers, home visitors and welfare officers who have regular face-to-face contact with people in financial need.  They often work for charities and may be paid staff or volunteers.

Research has shown that people who have money difficulties are more likely to be reached through face-to-face support. That is why the work of intermediaries is fundamental to Turn2us and at the heart of what we do.
